There is something that makes me sad when I think about the Cutie Mark Crusaders…
I don’t get the thought out of my mind that their ways simply will part as soon as they found their own way and with this their Cutie Marks. They stick together ‘cause they don’t have a special talent/ didn’t found their special talents till now…
And like when in school after some time you’ll find what you want to do with your life and the friends you had as a kid will slowely fade away until you don’t even know their names anymore.
I wasn't too lazy to think of a Cutie Mark for Apple Bloom. I imagine her to be the last one of the 4 to get hers. (If she even get's one... ) Everyone else will get theirs before her and she stops hanging out with them.

now if you allow, my opinion on your artwork: IT'S AWESOME!! great drawing style and to be able to present the gloomy mood of loosing something important in one picture is amazing. the expression on AB is especially well done.
I don't know if my feels can continue to look at this masterpiece. works like yours make me proud to be part of the fandom and they make me jealous that i can't create such great things. i simply love this picture
Not to mention that there's this wild thought in my head, that when the CMC will finally get their marks it'll be one of the strong signs that the show is coming to an end
